Submission Guidelines

Plagiarism Policy

Prior to submission, the paper should be checked for plagiarism using licensed plagiarism software like Turnitin, iThenticate etc. The similarity content should not exceed 10% (no single source similarity should exceed 1%). Further, the following ethical guidelines for publication should be strictly followed.

Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence (AI)-Generated Content

The use of content generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in an article (including but not limited to text, figures, images, and code) shall be disclosed in the acknowledgments section of any article submitted to an IEEE publication. The AI system used shall be identified, and specific sections of the article that use AI-generated content shall be identified and accompanied by a brief explanation regarding the level at which the AI system was used to generate the content. The use of AI systems for editing and grammar enhancement is common practice and, as such, is generally outside the intent of the above policy. In this case, disclosure as noted above is not required, but recommended. Information or content contained in or about a manuscript under review shall not be processed through a public platform (directly or indirectly) for AI generation of content for a review. Doing so is considered a breach of confidentiality because AI systems generally learn from any input.
IEEE Submission and Peer Review Policies .

Review Process

All papers that conform to submission guidelines will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email. The authors of the accepted papers will be allowed to make corrections in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers within the stipulated deadline.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the ICRCICN 2025 Conference Proceedings. One author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full rate. All accepted papers MUST be presented at the conference by one of the authors, or, if none of the authors are able to attend, by a qualified surrogate.
